  • Assist the sales team in providing them with timelines and assessing time delays that may be posted on the client work.
  • Understanding the visa processes for various Mainland and Free Zone authorities, liaison with team members of these government authorities to incorporate businesses and obtain visas as required.
  • Work alongside the Public Relations Officer (PRO) in preparing documents and providing timely support to ensure work is done in the right place.
  • Maintaining a Task Management software to ensure the management and team is informed of the status of ongoing tasks, updates on them and what would the next stage be.
  • Cosmetic and Food products Registration on the Dubai Municipality portal (Montaji), obtaining necessary certificates and test results to ensure the products are ready for sale in the Dubai market.
  • Creation of supporting documents and reports for the team to help them while conducting meetings with clients on the Visa and Company incorporation process.
  • Dubai Municipality Approvals base on the business activity requirements.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Operation / Administration: 1 year (preferred)
