    To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a sales consultant for B2B new partner acquisitionResponsibilities:


    Sale the opportunity to Franchise Eyemazy to potential business partnersActively seek out and engage potential franchisees through targeted outreach, participation in networking events, and attendance at industry conferences.

    Acquire and communicate with candidatesConduct in-depth market research to identify potential franchise opportunities within the designated region.
    Lead negotiations with potential franchisees, ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial agreements aligned with the company's goals and standards.
    Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
    Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of franchise operations.
    Provide regular reports to management, offering insights into the efficacy of business development strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.


    Qualifications:


    Fluency in English language is a must (multilingual is a plus)Demonstrated experience in B2B franchise development or a comparable role within the franchise industry.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.


    Beneficial:
