    Job SpecificAccountabilities

    Aboutthe Job

    • Provides expert reservoirsengineering input to multidisciplinary projects including fielddevelopment planning, reservoir performance analyses and reservoirestimation of production / injection capacities. Leads reservoirmanagement studies, performance review and optimization usingappropriate techniques.

    KeyAccountabilities

    • Caries out all aspect of reservoirmanagement activities including field development, performanceevaluation, formulate reservoir development, data acquisition,strategic surveillance and monitoring master plans to ensureoptimal development and depletion strategies, reservoir &asset evaluation, Vertical & Lateral communication wellprognosis, and supervises the integration betweenfields.
    • Identifies, justifies, develops theimplement of workflow to evaluate and manage the field in line withindustry best practices. Uses advanced reservoir-engineeringtechniques and integrate dynamic & static data to identifyfield movement and implement optimization plans to maximizeprofitable recovery to enhance both NPV and hydrocarbon recoveryand minimize UTC value.

    Job SpecificAccountabilities

    • Governs field's productionand injection capacities according to company objective guidelinesalong with drilling workover schedules and identify mitigations incase of shortfalls.
    • Identifies workflows tocarry out pattern balancing and ensures efficient production andinjection process to maximize the vertical and lateral sweepefficiency. Lead, design and participate in integrated fieldreviews and field development plans (RMP considering the currentwells and planed infill wells).
    • Designs, leadsIntegrates with feedback from simulation engineer in order toimprove well sector and full field development performancereview.
    • Designs and leads the implementation ofthe project surveillance programs including pressure transientsurveys, tracer surveys, interference testing, observation wellplacement and cased hole loggingprograms.
    • Provides expertise to identify andsupport reservoir-engineering studies using apocopate techniques,which may include reservoir simulation, material balance, declinecurve analysis.
    • Conducts open-hole andcased-hole logs, geological modelling, simulation, completion andproduction procedures andtechnologies.
    • Prepares reservoir-engineeringand planning overview input into drilling and work-over proposalsand programs (E-Prognosis).
    • Follows up RErequirements in the exploration wells during drilling and updatethe plan as Formation Pressure Test log (XPT) to confirm fluidscontact and gradients and fluid properties.

    MinimumQualification

    • Bachelor DegreeReservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering orequivalent.
    • 8 years of experience in reservoirengineering including oil and gas fields' developmentmanagement and Full Field simulation studies (use of hardware& software models).
