Our client is aholding leading investment company in UAE seeking a skilledLegal Officer (Hindi Speaker) in Abu Dhabioffice.

The LegalOfficer will be responsible for ensuringthat the legal affairs of their organization are handledappropriately and in accordance with local state and federallaws.

Inthis role you will have the followingresponsibilities:

• Draftingcontracts and other legal documents such as wills andtrusts
  
• Reviewingcases to determine whether they have legalmerit
  
• Preparinglegal papers and briefs researching legal issues and drafting legaldocuments such as contracts wills trusts and businessagreements
  
• Representingclients in court negotiating with opposing counsel and working withclients to develop legalarguments
  
• Representingclients in court or other settings such as depositions orhearings
  
• Conductingresearch on legal issues to support litigationefforts
  
• Interpretinglaws regulations and policies to advise clients about how theseapply to theirsituation
  
• Draftingpleadings and motions for court proceedings including divorceactions criminal charges bankruptcy petitions and appeals ofadministrativedecisions
  
• Reviewingand analyzing laws regulations and cases related to specificindustries such as insurance banking or securities trading toadvise companies on how to comply with legalrequirements.
  

Requirements

Theideal candidate will have thefollowing:

• Masters degree or bachelor s degree inlaw.
  
• 1015years strong legal experience in corporate commercial and generallaws and at least five years experience in UAElaws.
  
• Excellentknowledge and understanding of corporate law and proceduresincluding regulatoryframework.
  
• Negotiationand drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiplefunctional teams in a rapidly scalingbusiness.
  
• Outstandingskills in Legal Language for drafting and solidify agreementscontracts and other legaldocuments.
  
• Strongwritten and oral communication skills in EnglishLanguage
  
• Highdegree of professional ethics andintegrity.
  
• Abilityto deliver highquality work underdeadlines.
  
• Towork independently as well as part of various businessteams.
