    Key Responsibilities of the OTS Agent:

    · Support andassist in the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspectsof the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level,ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.

    · Takesresponsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that allwork is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

    · Collaborate withcolleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positiveand responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.

    · Support anddeliver on the strategies and objectives of the front office department takingownership for assigned areas of responsibility.

    · Develops andbuilds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within frontoffice department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development andperformance expected by the company.

    · Collaborateswith the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory ismaintained, that productivity targets are achieved and performance levels areattained

    · Build andmaintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholderswhilst promoting the company culture and values.

    · Ensuresadherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practiceactivities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and externalaudit, performing follow-up as required.
