SALES COORDINATOR

  • Office located in Business Bay
  • Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Main Responsibilities:


The role of Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in qualifying leads from various channels and providing administrative support to the entire sales department.

Will work closely with the MD and CEO, real estate agents, developers, partners and marketing team to ensure efficient lead distribution, smooth administrative processes, and accurate reporting.


Lead Management:

  • Provide assistance to the MD to distribute qualified leads among real estate agents for further follow-up.
  • Ensure all information of the lead/client are entered in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Administrative Support to Sales Department:

  • Assist in filling up necessary documents on behalf of real estate agents and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, such as preparing property listings and maintaining client information.
  • Coordinate with developers for administrative tasks related to sales, including document processing, bookings, and contracts.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle the duties of Receptionist in his/her absence.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist the MD in generating reports, analyzing sales data, and tracking sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide figures and reports for campaign analysis and evaluation.
  • Compile and analyze data to identify sales trends, market insights, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Support in creating presentations and visual materials for sales meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure that any information and documentation recorded in the CRM software are correct and completely uploaded in the correct Shared Folder.
  • Proper coordination with the Finance department for any ongoing payment requests, and ensuring that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Prioritize to maintain low cost for all actions and ensure fewer expenses in any way whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds coordinating with Finance Department.
  • Cooperation and maintaining business relationships with all third parties and developers. Promote a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.
  • Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description.
  • Show initiation and actively take actions to promote all company services to existing, new or potential clients.
  • Cooperating and supporting any team member of the company (whenever it is required) to ensure the goals of the company and clients' needs are met.
  • Promote highly positive and efficient teamwork, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of the company.

Requirements:


  • Previous working experience as a Sales Coordinator in
    UAE Real Estate industry for minimum 1 year.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Knowledge of lead management systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
  • Familiarity with document processing and contract management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly independent, can work under pressure and an effective team player.
