- Promote Aldar Projects to UAE and international brokers.
- Coordinate and assist in conducting trainingsessions for external brokers on Aldar projects unique sellingpoints project specific details to gain buyin while building astrong relationship
- Explore potential brokersconnect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous workingrelationship between both parties
- Grow andexpand the international brokers database and maintain a healthyrelationship
- Continuously managing brokersand agents inquires raise red flags to line manager
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment onmarketing and sales campaigns products rates challenges and lessonslearned
- Assist in the conducting awareness /training sessions for the sales staff on the international salesmarkets challenges and opportunities
- Identifypotential international markets for penetration to Vice PresidentBroker Management and Sales Support
- Assist inmanaging the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshowsand exhibitions in Dubai and international markets
- Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for eachpotential market recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
- Provide periodic reporting on the brokeragefunction main metrics.

- Knowledge of Dubai Realestate market
