The responsibilities of this job:
- Prepare Accommodation contract& Manpower supply.
- Reviewing LPO and any procurement contracts.
- Review and update existing contracts and update renewal contract reports.
- Explain and negotiate terms and conditions with new or current customers.
- Ensure that customers understand and comply with company contracts.
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and discussed with external legal department.
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts payment terms, Duration of contract, legal notice, appointed court.
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital record.
- Assist legal Department to write, amend legal document required.
- Must be excellent in WORD, EXCEL.
requirement:
- 4+ years experience in same field
- Typing Arabi English
- Own visa prefar
- Must agree the salary 4000 Dhs
Salary:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 4 years (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic & English (preferred)
