The responsibilities of this job:

  • Prepare Accommodation contract& Manpower supply.
  • Reviewing LPO and any procurement contracts.
  • Review and update existing contracts and update renewal contract reports.
  • Explain and negotiate terms and conditions with new or current customers.
  • Ensure that customers understand and comply with company contracts.
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and discussed with external legal department.
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts payment terms, Duration of contract, legal notice, appointed court.
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital record.
  • Assist legal Department to write, amend legal document required.
  • Must be excellent in WORD, EXCEL.

requirement:

  • 4+ years experience in same field
  • Typing Arabi English
- must havelegal certificate or equalivant

  • Own visa prefar
  • Must agree the salary 4000 Dhs

Salary:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 4 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic & English (preferred)
