As an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor, your responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of insolvency matters, providing strategic legal advice to a high-calibre clientele, and representing clients in both domestic and cross-border disputes.

Your role will be pivotal in steering complex negotiations and litigation processes, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence is upheld.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of insolvency law, honed through a minimum of 4 years PQE, preferably within a well-regarded law firm.

A track record of successful case management and litigation in insolvency cases is essential. A qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in insolvency litigation.
