Description
Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.

  • Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies.
  • Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contribute to the effective office.
  • Manage HR Admin Documents incoming and outgoing management.

Job Qualifications:


  • Proficient in MS office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point).
  • Data entry knowledge is a must (knowledge in Oracle / ERP System).
  • Proactive and have initiative able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Presentable.
  • Hospitality Field background is preferred.
  • Knowledge in large scale organization is a must.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
