Description
Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.- Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies.
- Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contribute to the effective office.
- Manage HR Admin Documents incoming and outgoing management.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point).
- Data entry knowledge is a must (knowledge in Oracle / ERP System).
- Proactive and have initiative able to work with minimum supervision.
- Presentable.
- Hospitality Field background is preferred.
- Knowledge in large scale organization is a must.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
