Description

· Work with stakeholders to defineproject scope and objectives and prepare a detailed projectplan.

· Evaluate business solutionsfor corporate bank, asset and liability management requirements andassist the project team in solution exercise by arranging meetingsand presentations of vendorsolutions.

· Handle and communicatewith the bank's technology teams including coredevelopment, infrastructure setup, API integration, applicationsupport, architecture review and vendor partners to finalize theend-to-end technology solution.

·Conduct detailed effort analysis with internal and external teamsto determine budget and resource requirements for the project andrequest project funding.

· Identifyproject risks and prepare mitigation plans to addressrisks.

· Conduct daily meetings totrack and monitor the implementation of project activities withexternal and internal stakeholders to ensure they are implementedaccording to plan and in accordance with businessrequirements.

· Coordinate systemintegration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure fulltesting, verification and acceptance of the product by endusers.

· Provide regular updates tostakeholders and highlight anticipated issues or project risks in atimely manner.

· Performadministrative tasks including handling purchases, vendor paymentsand cash management for the project.

·Manage project stakeholders including business, operations,development, and technical support teams and achieve projectobjectives.

· Manage a seamlesstransition of system and business services to production andhandover to operations.

· Adherence toinformation security policies, procedures andstandards.
