Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they enter the store.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and locating items within the store.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including restocking inventory, assisting with deliveries, and performing general cleaning tasks.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
