BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the company's Forex sales, leveraging their knowledge of the Forex market, brokerage services, and trading platforms.

They will engage with potential clients, manage existing accounts, and strive to exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new client accounts, focusing on the Forex market. This includes researching potential leads, cold calling, and arranging meetings with potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop, implement, and manage a sales strategy aimed at achieving set sales targets. This strategy should align with the overall business objectives of the Forex brokerage and trading firm.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling and crossselling are identified. Provide clients with regular market updates and trading ideas.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos of the Forex trading platform, explaining its features, advantages, and how it supports successful trading.
  • Market Awareness: Keep uptodate with trends in the Forex market, including competitor activities, regulatory changes, and potential opportunities or threats.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to the management team. Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, leverage promotional materials, and provide insights from the field to guide marketing initiatives.
  • Training and Coaching: Mentor junior sales staff, providing training and guidance to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Client Retention: Work to retain clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the company's services and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, preferably in the Forex market.
  • Proficient knowledge of Forex trading, brokerage services, and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • A customeroriented mindset with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
