Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team.

As a Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor and manage all social media channels, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Monitor online conversations and participate in discussions related to our brand, industry, and relevant topics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 to 3 years Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
Experience in managing SMM campaigns for MNC brands or national campaigns. Experience in managing healthcare related campaigns is a plus.
Fluent in English, knowledge in Arabic
