Description
a) Issuance of transport fees and extra trips invoices

b) Collection of fees

c) Submission of fee collection reports to Accounts department

d) Daily, weekly and monthly fees reconciliation

e) Cancellation of receipts

f) Timely coordination of deposit of cash and cheque collection

g) Return, re-payment and consolidation of cheque bounce cases

h) Manual receipt reconciliation

i) Processing and consolidation refunds for the PREs unit

j) Application concession after approval from Head Office

k) Reminders and follow up for outstanding fee payments

l) Additional revenue collection.


3. B. Transport Management

Manage the school transport counter and:
a) Register new students for transport service

b) Log and maintain students' database

c) Regular reconciliation of students' attendance against bus list

d) Preparing and regular communication of capacity utilization report

e) Log and maintain change of area details

f) Log and maintain transport discontinuation details and form

g) Issuance of ID cards if the same is printed and / or provided by G1

h) Log and maintain database of maintenance service request


3. C. Parent Relations & Complaints Management
To ensure positive relations between G1, school, parents and students:
a. Good and proper interaction with parents and students

b. Communication to parents regarding routes and driver details

c. Communication to parents regarding pick-up and / or drop-off timings

d. Communication to parents regarding delays due to traffic, accidents or vehicle breakdown

e. Address issues and concern of parents effectively

f. Collect feedback on Operations and performance of transport system from parents


3. D. Human Resources
To manage the staff resource allocated in the PREs unit:
a) Log and maintain driver deployment and any change of allocation

b) Log and maintain daily staff attendance

c) Coordinate for staff uniform

d) Managing assets issued to staff (SIM Cards, mobile phones, electronic attendance device, etc.)

e) Replacement of Drivers in case of absence of regular driver

f) Log and maintain vehicle mulkia, RTA permit, Sharjah permit and Ajman permit database

g) Ensure GPS tracking and electronic attendance system is functional before each trip

h) Ensure functional video surveillance and ensure timely maintenance

i) Communication of login credentials for electronic attendance and online payment portal


3. E. Operations Management
a) Ensure maintenance of updated bus list with list of students, staff and vehicle allocation

b) Operational permit for School Buses

c) Fuel management

d) Coordination for consumables and other material requirement for the vehicles

e) Log, maintenance and communication to Head Office of accidents

f) Coordination for replacement vehicles in case of shortage or breakdown

g) Coordination for route management and trial runs

h) Confirmation and recording of traffic violations and fines

i) Coordinate for maintenance servicing for vehicles allocated in the unit


Perform all other duties relating to the fulfillment of the responsibilities of a PRE as assigned by the Managing Director, Head of Business Operations, and Operations Manager.


Pay:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
