- Plan CRM strategies that aredesigned to attract and retain customers while expanding andboosting the brand's reach and customerloyalty.
- Create CRM campaigns and othercontents as part of a wider marketing campaign to learn more abouttheir target audiences and how to best cater for theirneeds.
- Analyze CRM performance by looking atkey metrics like CTR, CVR, and Open Rate to best communicate howthis company's products might enhance itsproductivity.
- Work with the creative team todevelop inspirational content andnewsletters.
