Defining value for the customer segment, design holistic solutions and developing and implementing propositions Demonstrate a clear understanding of our competitors and their product offerings Co-ordinating product registrations to meet compliance requirements in new and existing markets Fully understand the technical details of our product range, our policy terms, enrolment procedures, claims process, etc., as well as those of our business partners Acting as subject matter expert on product and propositions in cross-functional projects including how products are supported by internal systems Developing clear and compliant product literature for new propositions, in conjunction with the Go-to-market function Co-ordinate annual product reviews for the existing product portfolio.
