- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications (will have an advantage).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Hands on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Experience with Nintex (Drawloops) or Congo or DocuSign or AdobeSign or similar document generation tools.
- Ability to create web service integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for UI customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Good communications skills & Quick learner
- PMP / Agile certification is a plus.
