Position
:
Junior Sales Representative - UAE


Key Responsibilities:

-
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the target market, including companies and recruitment agencies, to generate leads and opportunities for sales.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of us products, including Video Job Interview, Hyper CV, and Career Counseling services, to showcase their value proposition and benefits to clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized assistance to understand their needs and requirements.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth and product enhancement.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales calls, and client interactions, using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.


Qualifications:


  • High School or Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • General familiarity with HR technology solutions and recruitment processes.
  • Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Certification in Video Job Interview, Hyper CV, and Career Counseling services is preferred.

Pay:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
