- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or similar discipline
- 2 + years of accounting/finance experience , or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Professional, reliable, willing to learn, and a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
- Ability to deliver under tight deliverable deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills.
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), maintenance, and charge number control knowledge preferred
- Government services industry background preferred
- Deltek Costpoint experience required
