Responsibilities:


Document Creation:

Create a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, and online help resources.


Audience Analysis:

Identify and understand the target audience for each document, tailoring the content to meet the needs and proficiency levels of different user groups.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the documentation.


Editing and Revision:
Review, edit, and revise documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in software or product functionality.

User Feedback:

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve and update documentation based on real-world experiences and evolving requirements.


Tool Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard documentation tools and software to create, edit, and manage documentation. Ensure documentation is stored in a version control system for easy access and updates.


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree:
A degree in English, Technical Writing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of documentation types.

Technical Aptitude:
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.

Writing Skills:
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong command of the English language and ability to convey technical information clearly.

Tool Proficiency:
Proficient in using industry-standard documentation tools, and experience with version control systems.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
