Maintaining relationship with builders, Sub-Brokers & Real Estate Agencies
Handling a team for selling and marketing Mortgage Products
Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team
Focusing on Developer relationship and corporate tie-ups
Promoting Urban Money brand in UAE Market
Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
Analysing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors
