Description

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize workrelated accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Serve as the company driver.
• Transport the company goods to the required location.
• Transport the company employees to and from work.
• Safely transporting building materials to and from job sites.
• Procurement/purchasing of building products/materials.
• Monitor goods purchased.
• Draft necessary supporting documents prior to payment of goods.
• Handle the minor mechanical issues of the assigned vehicle in case of any need.
• Obeying traffic rules & regulations on the road and follow company safety regulations.
• Finding the quickest and safest route to your destinations.
• Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus.
• Outsourcing and arranging labour.
• Prepare site report, labour schedule, and progress report.
• Arranging material request and Delivery Notes.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Requirements and Skills

• Driver License is required.
• Proven work experience as a with Site Supervision and Procurement or similar role
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to project manage

Job Types:

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Site Supervison: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (required)

Willingness to travel:
