The Principal Analyst takes the lead on projects and continuous improvement of products and services; provides coaching and mentoring of others across the team, and wider Data, Insights & Intelligence.
Attending job fairs, recruitment open days and community events to proactively attract the best candidatesReview recruitment policies to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effectiveParticipate in special projects as requiredEnsure compliance with laws affecting hiring and vetting tasks such as prioritizing citizens, verifying background information, and collecting necessary documentsDevelop operational recruitment criteria to measure the efficiency of the recruitment process and focus on the effectiveness of outputs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from an accredited universityAn outstanding listener with the ability to communicate and convey information in an effective manner, whether orally or in writingExcellent writing skillsSix years of working experienceHigh degree of analytical thinking.
