- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests related to electronic products and systems. Offer prompt and accurate responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Receive and process service requests from customers or field technicians. Prioritize and schedule service appointments based on urgency and availability of resources.
- follow-up to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Collaborate with the inventory department to manage the availability and procurement of spare parts required for repairs and replacements.
- Support service technicians by providing necessary information, documentation, and technical assistance to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Handle escalated service issues or complaints from customers and take appropriate actions to resolve conflicts and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Manage service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreements.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and procedures. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, warranties, and service guidelines related to electronic products and services in the UAE. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in electronics or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products, systems, and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and service management systems is beneficial.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic may be an advantage.
- Understanding of UAE's electronics market and customer preferences is a plus.
