    Description

    Duncan & Ross is currently lookingfor MEP Planning Engineer with minimum Three years UAE experiencein MEP Contracting Company and ready to joinimmediately.

    JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning Scheduling and management of the program ofworks.
    • Accumulates collects and analyses dataand information required for planning.
    • Producetender predesign design procurement construction and completionschedules.
    • Verify & update criticalpath and interfaces between design/ engineering/procurement/
    • execution.
    • Prepare cash flow key performance indicator charts and histogramsmanpower and quantity reports for the project.
    • Evaluate and analyze the progress through updated status reports invarious formats based on the contract schedule in order to provideperformance assessment and accurate forecasts.
    • Analysis of alternatives and options in the programming of works toallow what if considerations.
    • Review andevaluate the subcontractors schedules & reports andrecommend necessary
    • actions in order to alignthe subcontracted items in schedule to the contractschedule.
    • Conduct and participate in theprogress and coordination meetings to discuss status of theproject.
    • Advice the Project Director/Managerwhen delay events occur and produce an extension of time schedulein coordination with commercial the project team in order tosupport the claims.
    • Provide recommendationswhen actual progress deviates from scheduled progress in order torealign to an on time completion.
    • Set up themaster plan for MEP works on variousprojects.

    KEYSKILLS:

    • Minimumeducational professional and vocation qualifications required.Should have a B.Sc. degree in Engineering(either Mechanical orElectrical)
    • Proficient in MS Projects Primaveraand other planning tools.
    • Should possess ahigh degree of analytical skills communications skills.
    • Must be involved in the Electromechanicalservices of high rise buildings shopping malls etc.
    • Fluency in English Language is a must.
    • Expertise in Construction Planning is amust.
