    We are seeking an enthusiastic andcompetent HR Intern to join our firm. As an HR Intern, you willprovide assistance to our HR department in everyday operations. Youwill assist in various tasks including payroll, recruitment,selection, orientation and employee training and development. Youwill assist in updating our employee records with new hireinformation, screen resumes and schedule interviews. You will helpin organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies andprocedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Updateour internal databases with new employee data including contactdetails and employment forms.
    • Collect payrollinformation such as hours of work done by an employee, details ofbank accounts etc.
    • Assist in screening formsand resumes of applicants.
    • Plan and scheduleinterviews with candidates.
    • Manage jobadvertisements on job portals and socialnetworks.
    • Create reports on the HR-relatedprocess when required.
    • Address queries andissues of workers when required.
    • Review anddistribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice board,brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on socialnetworks/forums/company website).
    • Assist the HRteam in organizing careers fairs and specialevents.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management.
    • Knowledgeof database systems, HRIS and ATS.
    • Proficientin MS Office.
    • Basic understanding of laborlegislation (Occupational safety and health, Anti-discriminationlaw, National Labor Relations Actetc).
    • Excellent planning and organizationalskills.
    • Exceptional verbal and writtencommunicationskills.
