Requirements:


WOMEN ARCHITECT ONLY
3-5 years working experience within UAE

  • Proven working experience in architectural, interior, exterior and landscape projects mainly residential
  • Fully conversant in the Architectural Standards within the UAE
  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for details
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • BS degree in Interior Architecture or similar
  • Arabic speaker

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Study project brief and client enduser requirements
  • Produce concept design ideas and sketches
  • Produce Floor plans using hand sketches and Autocad software
  • Produce 3d perspectives using 3Ds max, photoshop, AutoCAD, corona renderer and Microsoft office
  • Design development & coordination with related disciplines.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect architectural details and construction activities
  • Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models & conformity upon material selection, specification to achieve the design required by the client.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
