Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the cleaning and housekeeping sector, including residential properties, commercial establishments, and other relevant industries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, property managers, facility managers, and other stakeholders to understand their cleaning and housekeeping needs and identify opportunities for partnership.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our cleaning and housekeeping services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition and effective implementation of new contracts.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and changes in client needs to proactively adapt sales strategies and identify potential upselling or crossselling opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipelines, and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development experience in the cleaning and housekeeping industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cleaning and housekeeping practices, as well as residence maintenance services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated and driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 4 years (required)
