• StrongRoute & Switch experience.
• The abilityto organize priorities to achieve maximum performance costeffectively.
• Participating in managing allnetwork security solutions, including firewall, and intrusiondetection systems
• Overseeing installation,configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofnetwork/VoIP-related equipment.
• Conductingresearch and make recommendations on network products, services,protocols, and standards in support of network procurement anddevelopment efforts.
• Develop, implement, andmaintain policies, procedures and associated training plans fornetwork administration, usage, and disaster recovery, configurenetworks to ensure smooth and reliable operation for fulfillingbusiness objectives and processes
• Adherence tothe IT Operations Division change management, password policy, andutilization of the appropriate mechanisms to maintain themanagement of configurations for the network infrastructure,practice network asset management, including maintenance of networkcomponent inventory and related documentation and technicalspecifications information
• Monitor and testnetwork performance, and provide network performance statistics andreports.
• Maintains inventory of equipment andparts as well as documentation of vendoractivities
• Recommend and schedule repairs tothe LAN/WAN.
• Ensure the confidentiality andsecurity of hospital information through proper utilization ofauthentication and authorizationprocedures.
• Perform daily backup operations ofvital network configurations.
• Provide servicesacross the hospital wireless network via wirelessdevices.
• Assign routing protocols and routingtable configuration.
• Identify qualityindicators in his respective area and develop a plan for datacollection, analysis and reporting.
• Develop andproduce statistical reports asrequired.
• Develop, apply, monitor and reviewauditing policies and requirements.
• Maintaincurrent and complete documentation for networks componentsconfigurations and drawings.
• Test new versionsof software before using it in productionenvironment.
