Merchlist is the leading uniform, merchandise and gifting supplier in the UAE and beyond.

We are currently looking to expand our e-commerce paid and organic presence and enhance sales and revenue

  • Reporting to the CEO, the CMO role is a crossfunctional Marketing position encompassing all marketing disciples, so will suit a person who is a strong allrounder and has experience of working in a rapid scaleup environment.

What you will accomplish:

  • Craft strategies for the Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Develop a strong and identifiable brand position and narrative around Merchlist that is in support of the business's team initiative through campaign execution, strategic direction, media planning, creative development, market research and vendor management
  • Strategize, execute, and report department KPIs that contribute to business goals.
  • Take ownership of the entire marketing function
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Keep up with the trends, lead performance marketing and social media teams to execute on online marketing campaigns and use metricsdriven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel
  • Manage gotomarket for new features and products. This includes product launch in partnership with various crossfunctional teams and driving product adoption among customers.
  • Translate our marketing strategy into a digital marketing roadmap, which you will own. Lead and optimize our CRM initiatives.
  • Identify new audience segments within our existing user base to target as well as focusing on emerging market trends and opportunity sizing.
  • Market research and data analysis to drive strategic decision making to develop deep customer and market insights to define and drive experiments that optimize resources to achieve the highest impact.
  • Keep up with trends, lead performance marketing and social media teams to execute on online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, paid ads, and use metricsdriven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel.
  • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on paid marketing ROI.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,500.00 per month
