Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive at Al Zaabi Trading's Stationery Department, you will be responsible for identifying and closing corporate, government, and other potential deals for our stationary products.

Your Communication skills, combined with your experience in stationary sales, will allow you to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers.

Your goal will be to generate sales revenue, develop long-term customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target corporate, government, and potential customers for stationary products.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining regular communication with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's stationery products and expand the customer base.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and aftersales support promptly and professionally.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the sales manager on a regular basis.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of stationary products, pricing, and industry developments.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
