- Technicians use their knowledge& skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for ourcustomers
- Continuously build experience as anautomotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreignvehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honestcourtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of ateam to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly andeffectively
- Follow and promote our highstandards of safety, cleanliness, andorganization
- Work closely with the servicedepartment and effectively communicate customerconcerns
- Work together with other Techniciansto solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguishedresults
- Positive attitude and a desire toserve customers and work as a team
- 10+ years ofexperience as an automotivetechnician/mechanic
- Diesel Technician /Mechanic experience required
- Must have Dieselfuel system knowledge
- ASE Certifications , or aplan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing andrepairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet orexceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learningadditional skills and processes
- Occasionally lift and/or move over100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools onvehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tightspaces as dictated by the vehicle's neededrepair
- Have the needed dexterity in order toefficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for themajority of their workday
- Drive manualtransmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate acomputer
