- Minimum 4+ years' experience.
- Hands on experience computer / server / security / network / infrastructure / storage configuration and troubleshooting.
- High-level knowledge in implementing IT network Infrastructure and Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN Network environment. (CCNA or equivalent Certificate is preferred).
- Good Knowledge of Firewall Configuration.
- New Business Requirements gathering, supplier coordination, project sales, delivery and after sales support
- Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Carry out installation/configuration of all IT Security related systems / equipment, as per IT policies and procedures
- Hands on experience configuration/optimisation of multi-vendor Networking & Security products such as: F5, Barracuda, SentinelOne, Forcepoint, Solarwinds, IBM QRadar, Palo Alto, Fortinet Cisco, Fortigate, etc
- Understanding of IP Addressing including Subnetting and Supernetting
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Preparing reports after visiting sites.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Knowledge on Cyber Security Solutions and Services is preferred
- English and Arabic language preferred
- UAE Driving license and vehicle is preferred.
