Your Responsibilities WillInclude

• Responsible for assuring theassessment, management and mitigation of risk in accordance withregulation and business standards.
• Driveschange through communication, persuasion, engagement andinnovation.
• Supports the integration of theOperational HSW job family into an efficient, effective andcohesive team.
• Monitors and report onperformance, provide advice, guidance and expertise asneeded.
• Translates business strategy andobjectives into local businessplan/s.
• Collaborates with operational directorsto deliver cost effective and efficientperformance.
• Develops and delivers agreed localbusiness plan/s to time, quality andbudget.
• Supporting succession planning andcareer development activities forteam/s.
• Collaborates with the assurancefunction in the pursuit of continuousimprovement.
• Engages and influences identifiedbusiness and industry stakeholders.
• Ensuretimely and effective escalation of non-compliance issues they areunable to influence or achieve a satisfactory conclusionto.
• Manages a team of direct reports, drivingthe appropriate behaviours to achieve success & keyperformance indicators (KPIs), including a continuous improvementculture.
• Provides performance management,technical & career development andcoaching.
