We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Head of Finance with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi to establish and lead the finance division from scratch.

This pivotal role requires a visionary leader capable of building and shaping a robust finance function to support our strategic growth initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop the financial strategy aligned with the organization's goals, driving longterm financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Conduct indepth financial analysis, performance evaluation, and scenario modeling to support datadriven decisionmaking
  • Establish a comprehensive budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets
  • Implement robust financial reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, KPIs, and dashboards to leadership
  • Develop and oversee risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth
  • Streamline financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements
  • Build and mentor a highperforming finance team, responsible for FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, at least 3 years of experience in heading the department
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar role with an FP&A background
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of partnering with senior management
