Description

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Head of Finance with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi to establish and lead the finance division from scratch.

This pivotal role requires a visionary leader capable of building and shaping a robust finance function to support our strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop the financial strategy aligned with the organization's goals, driving longterm financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Conduct indepth financial analysis, performance evaluation, and scenario modeling to support datadriven decisionmaking
Establish a comprehensive budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets
Implement robust financial reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, KPIs, and dashboards to leadership
Develop and oversee risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth
Streamline financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements
Build and mentor a highperforming finance team, responsible for FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, at least 3 years of experience in heading the department
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar role with an FP&A background
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and adapt to evolving business needs
Strong business acumen and a track record of partnering with senior management
