Keyresponsibilities :

Delivery of inductions, covering the BOTpipeline, tools & technical environment
Working withComp HOD/ Comp Supervisors/ Leads to deliver core trainingprograms
Support Comp team to deliver specialist trainingwhen required
Supporting crew with internalknowledge-share presentations
Delivery of BOTs entry-leveltraining programs and other programs designed to fast track artistsand production staff into current
Contributing tomaintenance and development of training materials &documentation staged on the BOT Gyaan page
Authoring,staging, and vetting new titles and courses on the BOT studio wideLearning Management System (LMS)
Supporting each teammember of comp in identifying and evaluating trainingneeds
Working globally with the training team to addresstraining needs


Required Skills:

Expertise in Nuke, 2D, 3D,Particles toolsets
Exposure on GeoTracker and Maya wouldbe additional
Experience working with DCC packages andplugins in a show environment and delivery of multiple shows andvariety of comp tasks is mandatory
Experience developingtraining curricula for artists and support staff user guides, videotutorials, and documentation templates
Team player withthe ability to work closely with a global trainingteam
Manage documentation and training projects whilecollaborating with a global team of subject matter experts andtraining crew
Report progress timely to the trainingstakeholders including Heads of Departments, Heads of Training, andglobal training


DesiredSkills:

Experienceeducating/training/mentoring in the VFX/Entertainment industrywould be appreciated
Experience developing VFX trainingcurricula
Scripting/coding experience/gizmo creation(python, tcl )
