Minimum 5-6 years experience in no bake molding fast loop with all the operations of molding,core setting,mold closing,machine operations,highly motivated and target oriented

Equipment Operation:

Operate and control machinery and equipment used in the no bake molding process, which may include mixers, sand dispensers, and core shooters.

Mold Preparation:
Prepare sand cores and molds according to specified requirements. This involves measuring, mixing, and shaping sand, as well as assembling mold boxes.

Quality Control:
Inspect molds and cores to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to correct defects.

Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure it operates efficiently. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.

Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns to supervisors.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production data, including the number of molds or cores produced, any defects, and material usage.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members, such as molders and foundry workers, to ensure the smooth flow of the casting process.

Training:
Stay updated on new techniques, equipment, and safety procedures, and participate in training programs as required.
