This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and continuously improving sales processes.

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Experience in managing and motivating sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
