Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and any relevant ERP system

  • Can easily adopt in work environment
  • Having very good negotiation skill
  • Relevant technical knowledge
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner
  • Receiving approved PR's
  • Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers
  • Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers
  • Making the comparison of the quotations received
  • Submitting the comparison to Manager for negotiation and finalization
  • Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier has been finalized
  • Forwarding the LPO to Manager for approval
  • Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.
  • Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received
  • Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the suppliers payments.
  • Maintaining proper filling of all the PR's and LPOs
  • Receiving and updating PR and LPO logs

Qualification:

-
Atleast 6 years UAE experience in Building Construction:

  • Must have Experience in contracts and payment terms and conditions
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
  • Good written and communication skills

Experience:

Procurement Officer: 6 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • Driving License
  • UAE (preferred)
