Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum HR Clerk.

In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of our company.

Simultaneously, you will assist our Human Resources department with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our workplace.


Responsibilities:


Receptionist Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary and forwarding calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are wellprepared and equipped.

HR Clerk Duties:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee training programs and events.
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment, and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
  • Handle employees' visa renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with basic HR processes and functions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HR is a plus.
