Responsibilities Include:
Deliver complex, large-scale digital eco-system projects for government clientsDeep understanding of digital design and development techniques: e.g. UX design / Journey mappingLead and manage targeted strategic digital programmes – leading the entire process from developing strategy, prioritising and organising the work, pulling a team together and managing implementationAccount lead for allocated clients where appropriate with overall responsibility for the account, serving as primary liaison to the client, oversight of all briefings and documents to the client and strategy development and activationResponsibility for digital relations - plan, attend, and manage client engagement and lead in cultivating relationshipsDeliver sensitive briefings and manage interactionsProvide strategic advice to senior clients in the form of written briefing notes, advisory notes, media statements and face-to-face meetings
