You will be responsible to assist with theefficient running of the department in line with Hyatt'sCorporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee,guest and ownerexpectations.
TheFood & Beverage Captain is responsible to assist the TeamLeader and Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managedefficiently according to the established concept statement,providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible serviceat all times.
Qualifications
Ideallywith a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourismmanagement. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Goodcustomer service, communications, administrative and interpersonalskills are a must.
