VACANCY FOR POSITION OF
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ABU DHABI:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized operations coordinator to assist the operations team with daily business activities and administrative tasks.

Job role includes DO release, LCL consolidation, data entry, customs manifest entry, Port & customs website data entry, Quotations, export bookings and other logistics activities.

Effective coordination of assigned international and domestic shipments with a high level of customer communication.

Must be an expert in processing bill of entry and should have strong knowledge of regulations related to customs import/export documentation.

Handling forwarding operations by air ocean including regular import FCL LCL consolidation.


Education
Bachelor's degree is an advantage in Shipping and Logistics. Communicating and coordinating with overseas agents for pre-alerts and shipping companies for updated shipping details.

• In depth knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations
• Prepares, routes and manages a daily movements
• Accuracy of all quotes, and timely issue to the customer
• Collaborating with transporters to ensure prompt shipment pickups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
• Knowledge of Jebal Ali & Airport Cargo and Emirsal 1/2

Mandatory skills
Minimum 2 years of Logistics operations experience.

Proficient in using customs, ports & shipping line booking portals. (MAQTA, ATLP,INTTRA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required.

Problem solving & organizational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritize.

Experience in handling shipments all modes of shipments.

Prior global shipping management experience is highly desirable.
