What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's and or Master's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or similar degree field
• Current Massachusetts Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it
• At least 10 years of experience in the evaluation/design of Fire Protection Systems and/or Building/Fire Code Consultation
• Strong Business Development skills with an ability to maintain and build outstanding client relationship
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to develop, mentor and lead professional technical staff
• Strong project management skills; ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget
• Active member of relevant industry associations and communities
• Positive and motivating collaborative work style
• Ability to manage work and coordinate with multi-office teams and personnel
