Responsible for the company recruitmentprocess in accordance with the annual manpower plan and timelyrecruitment of the same, in accordance with corporateobjectives.

Sourcing of potential candidatesboth locally and/or internationally (i.e. either via companyinternal database or external recruitment sources) in accordancewith the annual manpower plan.

Maintain goodmanpower supplier relationships with all related entities andinstitutions in order to facilitate the sourcing of UAENationals.

Receive and screen theCV's from all recruitment sources for shortlistingpurposes
