Purpose Statement:

Coordinates and controls the Country Demand Planning and New Product Launch (NPL) Regional forecasting activities required to meet customer needs, business requirements, and service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • SI&OP

  • Prepare and lead monthly MENA Offer and Demand Plan meetings enabling 24 months rolling forecast in cooperation with Country Marketing, Sales & Finance


  • SI&OP

  • Support Regional Integration & Reconciliation and Executive Reviews
  • Coordinate new product launches and transitions ensuring balancing customer and financials expectations
  • Manage KPI performance: Forecast accuracy and bias, backorder, service Level: Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions
  • Weekly/monthly KPI reporting and ad hoc performance & Product Availability communication to the Business
  • Tender management: identify sales events and inform/discuss with stakeholders (Regional/Divisional Marketing, Global and Regional Supply Chain Planners, Kerkrade Customer Service)
  • Maintain ERP &

Advanced Planning System:
Forecasting techniques, Statistical models, Master Data

  • Distributor management/optimization: optimize inventory at distributors by defining and implementing correct inventory targets, get visibility on distributor inventory levels (reporting), analyze, and improve the replenishment process to smooth/shape demand.
  • Interact with Divisional/Regional Business Unit Managers & Marketing, Finance, Global/ Regional Supply Chain, Kerkrade Customer Service functions

Who we are looking for:


  • Education level: Bachelor/Master' degree with relevant work experience in supply chain
  • 35 years' experience in supply chain planning, preferred demand and/or distributor management
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills


  • APICS certification

  • CPIM or CSCP a plus
  • Strong analytical problemsolving skills and able to make efficient decisions.
  • Continuous improvement attitude
  • Selfmotivated independent worker and selfstarter.
  • Experience working with SAP, Rapid Response, or other planning systems.
  • PC skills utilizing such software programs as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer centric mindset.
