Assistant Store Manager (One Year Contract)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Duration: One Year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ Years in stores and logistic or related field.
• Strong knowledge with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of inventory valuation, control techniques, and storage best practices.
• Vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Data analytics and reporting skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the venue store.
• Helps to coach and counsel, employees. Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• support the store manager to develop a new model of inventory control.
• support on finding a new store model and implementing it on the organization.
