We are looking to hire a Receptionist for our Office in Dubai.Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Handling reception duties such as answering calls, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Performing General Office administration duties.
- Assisting colleagues with their administrative tasks.
- Booking the meeting rooms based on inhouse staff request and making sure the rooms are always ready with required stationeries and water, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Suite especially Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
