Your Responsibilities WillInclude

• Working with the project teamsecurity company and all security department directors to ensureall project security integration requirements within communities,sectors, and regions are identified, designed, andimplemented.
• Developing a program managementpolicy to ensure the consistent approach to and delivery ofsecurity sector programs and projects, including budget andoperating plan.
• Providing program and projectManagement leadership and a best-practice delivery approach acrossall proof-of-concept projects and securityinitiatives.
• Aligning with the project policyand processes for procurement and contract management to ensure;project and program benefits are defined and delivered, criticalinterfacing supporting functions (such as legal, finance, andprocurement) are fully engaged, and preparation of PQQ, RFP, tenderscheduling documents to drive all identified security initiatives,projects, and contracted resources effectively andefficiently.
• Managing and collaborating withthe various project functions (legal, finance, procurement,technical) and managing the program delivery and contractaward/management to a high standard, in accordance with procurementand commercial policy.
• Collaborating with thecommercial and procurement teams to support the correct procurementand delivery of services and items to specification and tocontractual standards.
• Assisting in securitydepartment budget development and monitoring budget vs actualspending across all proof-of-concept projects and associateddeliverables.
• Contributing to and understandingall security requirements of the project, in order to developappropriate program/project management and contractual approacheswith suppliers in line with local, international, and projectregulations.
